The research deals with the anti-corrosion protection of the cataphoresis painting of small parts without non hanging system. The aim of the research is to find a solution to coat small parts in bulk and ensure a continuous process. This is a continuous process that brings several problems that are described and addressed in the research. The experiment involves selecting a suitable electrode material, surface treatment and surface cleaning of electrode.
