In this paper the approach to estimate the health impacts attributable to PM, NO2 and ozone as presented in the EEA's Air Quality in Europe - report series is described. A detailed description of the concentration-response functions to estimate mortality and morbidity endpoints is given. A general overview of input data needed for the calculations is given.
