Common transboundary approach for modelling of the impact of residential heating emission reduction on air quality
Original language description
Presentation H19-177 at the 19th International Conference on Harmonisation within Atmospheric Dispersion Modelling for Regulatory Purposes, Bruggy, Belgium, 3.- 6. 6. 2019. One of the aims of the LIFE-IP MALOPOLSKA project (project No. LIFE14 IPE/PL/000021) is establishing a common inter-regional framework for both emissions and air quality modelling in the air pollution hot-spot of Southern Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This framework was then used to assess the impact of residential heating emission reduction scenarios for Małopolska Voivodship and the Czech Republic and included business as usual and the most optimistic from realistic variants.
