Micropropagation of endangered species of Daphne cneorum

Original language description

A protocol for micropropagation of endangered Daphne cneorum is reported. Organogenesis was induced in plant merial collected in two different localities where Daphne cneorum survived up to the present. The plantlets were acclimatized in diluted MS medium (1 : 10) for three weeks and then were transfered into wxternal conditions where they succesfully survived the winter period and started to flower.

Czech description

Je předložen protokol mikropropagace ohroženého Daphne cneorum. Byla indukována organogeneze rostlinného materiálu Daphne cneorum sebraného ze dvou různých lokalit, na kterých do současné doby přežívá. Výpěstky byly aklimatizovány na MS médiu (1 : 10) potři týdny a následně byly přemístěny do venkovních podmínek, kde úspěšně přežily zimní období a začaly kvést.
