Isoenzyme analyses have been used for comparing spruce forest stands from the different localities of the Krkonoše Mts. Isoenzymes as markers of the valuable tree species populations and for verifying the genotypes of valuable populations, they also served as bioindicators of forest tree species adaptivness to atmospheric immissions.

Identifikace genetických zdrojů lesních dřevin izoenzymovou laboratoří VÚLHM.

Czech description

Pomocí izoenzymových analýz byly porovnány lesní porosty smrku ztepilého z různých lokalit v Krkonoších. Izoenzymy jako markery cenných populací a ověřování genotypu cenných populací lze použít i jako bioindikátory adaptivity k atmosférickým imisím.
