Forest research plots for evaluating of the health state of the forests under the high air pollution attack in the Krkonoše Mts. Were established in 1976 ? 1981. There were 20 spruce plots (990 ? 1 260 m a. s. l.), 6 spruce with beech or beech with spruce plots (600 ? 1 190 m a. s. l.) and 6 beech plots (740 ? 1 030 m a. s. l.) established there totally, dispersed on whole area of the Krkonoše Mts. as a consequence of the air pollution calamity and its disposal, the number of still living spruce plots decreased to eleven. Health state of trees with methods of evaluation of foliation of every individual tree (Tesař, Temmlová 1971, Vacek, Jurásek 1985) is being monitored every year. This issue brings evaluation of average foliation development and defoliation degree transitions during the monitored period.

Zhodnocení vývoje zdravotního stavu v průběhu 25 let monitoringu na výzkumných plochách v Krkonoších

Czech description

Plochy pro posouzení vývoje zdravotního stavu porostů pod vlivem vysokých koncentrací imisních látek v Krkonoších byly založeny v letech 1976 ? 1981. Celkem bylo v této sérii založeno 20 smrkových (990 ? 1260 m n. m.), 6 bukosmrkových až smrkobukových (600 ? 1190 m n. m.) a 6 bukových ploch (740 ? 1030 m n. m.), rozprostřených po celém území Krkonoš. Působením imisní kalamity a následkem její likvidace byl počet živých smrkových ploch do současné doby redukován na 11. Na plochách byl každoročně sledovánzdravotní stav jedinců pomocí hodnocení olistění jednotlivých stromů (metodiky Tesař, Temmlová 1971, Vacek, Jurásek 1985). Příspěvek přináší zhodnocení vývoje průměrného olistění a přechodů mezi stupni odlistění za období sledování.
