Aquatic ecosystems are constantly threatened by accidental spills of toxic pollution to the streams. This hazard increases proportionally to the intensity of human activity in the river basin. Effectiveness of remedial action depends on a speed and accuracy of information about arisen pollution accident. For these purposes the continuous monitoring devices are used ? the early warning monitoring net is built.
