The proposed paper presents selected results of the research work focused on the revitalization works and restoration of the water ecosystems made on the water bodies - streams and small rivers - located in the territory of some Czech´s Protected Landscape Areas (PLA) - ?Beskydy?, ?Blansky les? and ?Sumava?. The results include the statistical analysis of the diference of the morphology, benthos community and fish community between regulated and revitalized part sof the monitored water bodies and the assessment of the asset of different types of revitalization works.

Příspevěk je zaměřen na prezentaci výsledků revitalizací vybraných vodních toků, které leží na území CHKO Beskydy, Blanský les a Šumava. Výsledky zahrnují statistickou analýzu rozdílu mezi morfologií a společenstvem bentosu revitalizovaných a upravenýchčástí vodních toků, výsledky sledování a hodnocení změn rybí obsádky a zhodnocení celkového finančního přínosu provedených revitalizací.
