Original language description

This case report describes an unusual complication: a knot formed on an electrode catheter, which became entangled in a pelvic vein and could not be withdrawn. The case was managed by a new catheter technique allowing the knot to be untied and subsequently removing it via the insertion site without the need for surgical intervention.
