Effect of inhibition of neuronal nitric oxide synthase and L-arginine supplementation on renal ischaemia-reperfusion injury and the renal nitric oxide system
Original language description
The results of the present study demonstrate that selective inhibition of nNOS has no effect on renal injury, indicating that nNOS does not play a central role in the pathophysiology of renal I/R. In addition, although L-arginine has no effect on renal I/R injury in the model used in the present study, its administration increases the mRNA expression of NOS isoforms.

Vliv inhibice neuronální syntázy oxidu dusnatého a L-arginin doplnění u ischemie ledviny-reperfúzní selhání a systém oxidu dusnatého v ledvině
Czech description
Výsledky této studie ukazují, že selektivní inhibice nNOS nemá žádný vliv na ledvinné selhání, což naznačuje, že nNOS nebude hrát hlavní roli v patofyziologii ledvin I / R.
