The aim of the study was a) the estimation of T2 relaxation times (T2r) of N-acetylaspartate+N-acetylaspartylglutamate (NAA), (phospho)creatine (Cr) and glycerophosphocholine+phosphocholine (Cho) in the temporal lobe; b) the assessment of influence of TErange used on estimated T2r values; c) to test age dependence of T2r.
