Use of Autocorrelation Maps for Evaluation of CRT Pacing Settings
Original language description
Cardiac resynchronization therapy used for heart failure treatment is ineffective in 30% of patients. In this pilot study, selected parameters of autocorrelation maps were studied as a possible criterion for evaluation of the pacemaker settings. Comparison between one heart failure patient and normal patient group shows that autocorrelation maps from normal ECG present a higher percentage of negative values than autocorrelation maps of a patient with dyssynchrony.
