The outcomes of mixed rejection by biopsy-based transcriptomics
Original language description
Mixed rejection (TCMR+AMR features) by histology represents the mostsevere clinical phenotype but little is known about the outcome of mixed rejectiondiagnosed by biopsy-based transcriptomics. Mixed rejection defined by biopsy-based transcriptomics representsrare and heterogeneous category. Among those cases the presence of donor specificantibodies and AKI molecular score predicted early graft failure or eGFR decline.
