Original language description
Palaeoecology of Grünbach wetlands is reconstructed based on fossil plant morphology, anatomy and taphonomic observations. Five plant communities have been reconstructed: aquatic plant community, swamp-semiaquatic plant community, juglandaceous and palmwetland forest, riparian community and mesophytic forest community.

Czech description
Paleoekologie bažin z okolí Grünbachu je rekostruována na základě morfologie, anatomie a tafonomie fosilních rostlin. Bylo rozlišeno pět rostlinných společenstev: akvatické společenstvo, semi-akvatické a bažinné společenstvo, juglandoidní a palmový bažinný les, ripariové společenstvo a společenstvo mesofytního lesa.
