Agrilaxia alticola sp. nov. is described, illustrated and compared with the most related species, A. hespenheidei Bílý, 1984 of the A. flavimana Gory, 1841 species-group. New records are presented for A. flavimana, and one for A. hespenheidei is corrected.

Nový druh rodu Agrilaxia z Mexika s poznámkami o příbuzných druzích (Coleoptera: Buprestidae: Anthaxiini)
Czech description
Agrilaxia alticola sp. nov. je popána, vyobrazena a srovnána s nejpříbuznějším druhem A. hespenheidei Bílý, 1984 ze skupiny A. flavimana Gory, 1841. Nové nálazy A. flavimana jsou prezentovány, údaje o A. hespenheidei jsou opraveny.
