Two new species of the genus Anthaxia Eschscholtz, 1829 from Yemen are described, illustrated and compared with their relatives: Anthaxia (Haplanthaxia) crotonivora sp. nov. from the Island of Soqotra and A. (Haplanthaxia) kabateki sp. nov. from CentralYemen.

Czech description
Dva nové druhy z rodu Anthaxia Eschscholtz, 1829 z Jemenu jsou popsány, vyobrazeny a srovnány s příbuznými druhy: Anthaxia (Haplanthaxia) crotonivora sp. nov. z ostrova Soqotra a A. (Haplanthaxia) kabateki sp. nov. ze středního Jemenu.
