The Museum and Institute of Zoology of the Polish Academy of Sciences (MIZ) currently contains types of 51 species-group taxa of Asian birds, incl. 17 holotypes. Holotypes of 6 species-group taxa and all syntypes of further 18 species-group taxa were lost in the past.

Czech description
Zoologické muzeum a ústav ve Varšavě (MIZ) v současnosti mají ve sbírkách typy 51 druhů asijských ptáků, včetně 17 holotypů. Holotypy šesti druhů a všechny syntypy dalších 18 druhů byly ztraceny.
