This study is devoted to research the dental morphological traits in old Slavonic population in Mikulčice agglomeration (9th-10th century A.D.). Dental traits could be evaluated in 401 adult individuals from burial sites Mikulčice-Kostelisko and Mikulčice-Klášteřisko. The twenty-two morphological traits were studied for teeth of the upper jaw and the seventeen traits for teeth of the lower jaw according to ASU DAS methodology. As sexual dimorphic were statistically proven the hypocone on the upper thirdmolars and one-rooted of the first upper premolars ? this traits were more frequent in females. While in males were more frequent the two-rooted the first upper premolars.

Příspěvek je věnován studiu dentálních morfologických znaků u velkomoravské populace ze sídlištní aglomerace Mikulčice (9.-10. století.). Dentální znaky byly sledovány u 401 dospělých jedinců z pohřebiště Mikulčice-Kostelisko a Mikulčice-Klášteřisko. Nazákladě ASU-DAS metodologie bylo sledováno dvacet dva diskrétních znaků na zubech horní čelisti a sedmnáct znaků u chrupu dolní čelisti. Pohlavní dimorfismus byl statisticky prokázán u hypokonu třetí horní stoličky a jednokořenového prvního horního premoláru ? znaky byly častější u žen. U mužů se častěji vyskytoval dvoukořenový první horní premolár.
