The creation of communication codes in complex stratified companies is a highly complicated process which never ends in a human lifetime. In the contemporary globalised world man is constantly exposed to situations that do not emerge from his cultural environment. An error may occur in these situations such as only due to confusion in the interpretation of certain gestures. The authors of the publication focused on two basic factors which play an irreplaceable role in the process of creating social skills. The first factor was child play as a means of developing social skills. The second selected factor was the process of emulation and creating model situations through puppet theatre. The authors had to take into account the different cultural environment and so each study focused on a different region of Sub-Saharan Africa. The region of Sub-Saharan Africa was chosen intentionally as a place where strong influences of a traditional value system overlap with layers of contemporary glob
