Original language description
The paper presents a hoard of Dacian tetradrachms from Hodonín. The hoard was discovered in 1893 probably in the vicinity of the railway station. I. L. Červinka documented 7 coins, 4 of which have been preserved in the collections of the Moravian Museum. The hoard was composed exclusively of Medieşu Aurit type tetradrchms original in the northern Transylvania. The coins may be dated to the 2nd c. B.C. Finds of Dacian coins have so far been rather exceptional in the Boii area and the Hodonín hoard is a specific position among them.
