    A new mineral specie - zálesiíte (hexagonal CaCu6[(AsO4)2(AsO3OH)(OH)6] . 3H2O, a Ca dominant member of mixite group, was found at abandoned uranium deposit Zálesí, the Rychlebské hory Mts., nothern Moravia (Czech Republic). The SEM photographs, X-ray powder diffraction pattern, unit cell parameters, chemical analysis, TG curve and infrared absorption spectrum of this mineral phase are given.
