BS-RNase is an antitumor agent with severe side effects. In this study potent inhibitors of BS-RNase (phosphonucleotides) were prepared and mapped. In vivo studies on the side effects have shown that the inhibitors inhibit significantly these undesirableeffects (aspermatogenicity, immunosuppression).
