Decreased concentrations of retinol-binding protein 4 in sera of epithelial ovarian cancer patients: a potential biomarker identified by proteomics.
Original language description
Using proteomic analysis identified serum proteins whose concentrations differed significantly between healthy women and patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. RBP4 protein concentration was significantly reduced in all patients in the study group compared with healthy controls.
