Neurobehavioural teratogenicity of indomethacine and dexamethasone administered in perinatal period

  • Original language description

Neurobehavioural teratogenicity was studied in two drugs used in perinatal pharmacotherapy of risk pregnancies and risk newborns: indomethacine and dexamethasone. The results indicated both quantitave and qualitative differences of behavioural teratogenic risk not only between two tested drugs, but also between drug applications of the same drug on various stages of ontogenic development.
