Chapter summarizes the data on the changes of food intake during last decades in the Czech Republic along with the changes of obesity prevalence in the individual age categories. Results of the studies in normal weight children of preschool, pre- and adolescent age, and also in obese children during reduction therapy using monitored diet and exercise are also given.
