Original language description
The statistic analysis of a large group of patients with neurological analysis enabled elucidation of biological role of CSF protens evaluated; in with comparison with clinical data of these patient, specific clinical syndromes of CSF proteinogram were defined. Previously, CSF proteinogram was introduced to routine clinical practice for diagnostics of neuroinfective and autoimmune diseases of CNS and PNS; after tht, the concrete definition of clinical syndromes of CSF proteinogram enables routine diagnosis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases of nervous system.
