Bohemian type bivalves Praeostrea bohemica Barrande, 1881 and Slavinka plicata (Barrande, 1881) are described from the Silurian and earliest Devonian of the Carnic Alps (Austria). The presence of these bivalves further supports close palaeogeographic relation between the Carnic Alps and Bohemia during the Ludfordian and early Lochkovian.

Mlži českého typu, Praeostrea bohemica Barrande, 1881 a Slavinka plicata (Barrande, 1881) jsou popsáni ze siluru a spodního devonu Karnských Alp (Rakousko. Přítomnost těchto mlžů dále potvrzuje úzké paleogeografické vztahy mezi Karnskými Alpami a Čechy během ludfordianu a spodního Lochkovu.
