Differences in the bioaccessibility of metals/metalloids in soil from mining and smelting areas (Copperbelt, Zambia)
Original language description
Differences in the total and bioaccessible contcentrations of As and metals (Cu, Co, Pb, Zn) in topsoils from mining and smelting areas in the Zambian Copperbelt were evaluated. Compared with mining area, higher bioaccessibílity for As and Pb was found in the smelter area.
