Original language description
Orientation Analysis Tools for GIS are created for ArcGIS users, who construct geological and structural maps in this environment and need to analyse their field data. Input is documentation (dip and dip direction) measured in the field. Orientation of this data can be analysed in relation to the geological map and topographic basemap. These new tools connect database of documentation stations and geological map without any need to export or import data to another software.
