Modeling long term water yield effects of forest management in a Norway spruce forest
Original language description
Distributed physics-based hydrologic model(Penn State Integrated Hydrologic Model - PIHM) was applied at the lysina catchment to simulate long-term hydrological change under different forest management practices. Comparative scenarios hydrological consequences for changing land-cover were tested (historical management, unmanaged, clear cutting).
