moldanubicum is highly metamorphosed unit composed of terranes of different characteristic. Recently, dividing to monotonous drosendorf unit formed at middle crustal conditions and gfohl unit derivated from lower crustal levels is used. During variscan orogeny was the Moldanubicum penetrates by number of younger magmatic complexes.
