The main agenda of the meetings was focused on the preparation of a joint project of EGS members within the Horizon Europe program aimed at establishing a Geological Service for Europe, originally as a European Partnership (EP-GSE), then the Coordination and Support Action (CSA-GSE). The program also included the definition and elaboration of topics in the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA), specifically focused on the subsurface in Europe’s Digital Twin. It was important to inform members about the development of preparations and the results of negotiations with the EC. This encouraged the members to be more active, as evidenced by the growing number of meeting participants. An important part of the meetings was devoted to updates on ongoing activities as GeoERA GIP-P, EGDI status, plans and ideas, EPOS, INSPIRE etc.
