Vestiges of late Cambrian arc-related magmatism within the Variscan belt of Europe: Zircon geochronological and whole-rock geochemical data from the Leszczyniec Metaigneous Complex, Sudetes, Poland
Original language description
Leszczyniec Metaigneous Complex forms part of the Variscan Allochthon. The oldest rocks, metabasites, likely formed in back-arc setting. Metabasite is intruded by compositionally diverse Paczyn-type suite in Cambrian. Paczyn-type suite formed in an intra-oceanic supra-subduction setting. Data contrast with late Cambrian rift-related setting for adjacent units in Sudetes.
