The typology of Czech graphite raw materials

  • Original language description

Critical Raw Materials (CRM) in the Czech Republic have been studied under the framework of the project "Rock Environment and Natural Resource RENS" (SS02030023) with graphite being one of the CRMs. The purpose of this study is to investigate the processing of graphite raw material from Czech deposits and sources. The goal of this study is to determine the yield and quality of graphite concentrates after the 1st flotation. The different types of graphite raw materials were divided into three quality classes based on their technological treatability. Each class represents a different type of raw material and therefore different conditions for graphite formation.
