  • Original language description

A positive isotope signal with increasing depth was found for carbon, nitrogen and sulfur in a Sphagnum-dominated peat bog in the Southern Czech Republic. This positive isotope signal is linked with mineralization of organic matter. Positive isotope signal can be used to constrain budgets of greenhouse gases.
