Incidence of wheat leaf spot pathogens in the Czech Republic

Original language description

The occurrence of wheat leaf spot pathogens was monitored in the Czech Republic in 2000 and 2001. The samples were collected from different localities of the Czech Republic. Spectrum of fungal pathogens was determined with microscopic methods. Frequencyof the pathogens was different in both years. Pyrenophora tritici-repentis was isolated most often from samples in 2000 while Mycosphaerella graminicola predominated in 2001. Didymella sp. was one of the most important pathogens in 2001. Phaeosphaeria nodorum occurred very often together with P. tritici-repentis in the samples. Ascochyta sp. was represented by comparatively few samples in both years.

Czech description

V letech 2000 a 2001 byl monitorován výskyt patogenů vyvolávajících hnědé skvrnitosti listů pomocí mikroskopické techniky. Četnost patogenů se lišila. V roce 2000 převažovala Pyrenophora tritici-repentis, kdežto v roce 2001 Micospherella graminicola. V roce 2001 by významný rovněž výskyt Didymella sp.
