    Brassica napus cultivars, self-compatible (SC) donors of quality and self-incompatible (SI) were analysed using identification of S-locus that exhibits a strong self-incompatible phenotype. The second group of alleles demonstates a weak or leaky self-incompatible phenotypic effect and they are considered to be recessive. In the present study we report on analysis of SLG gene S-haplotypes of Brassica napus cultivars and Brassica napus doubled haploid lines

    Kultivary Brassica napus, autokompatibilní donory kvality a autoinkompatibilní byly analyzovány identifikací S-lokusu, který manifestuje silný autoinkompatibilní fenotyp. Druhá skupina alel manifestovala slabý nebo žádný autoinkompatibilní projev a je uvažováno, že je založen recesivně. V této studii popisujeme analýzy SLG genu S-haplotypů kultivarů B.napus a dihaploidních linií.
