In the fiel experiment there were tested: enzymatic activities (urease, dehydrogenase, arylsufatase, invertase) and microbial biomass.Results show the positive influence of protection tillage on selected parameters, especially in variants where soil wassupplied with organic matter.

Czech description
V polním pokusu byly testovány aktivity vybraných enzymů a mikrobiální biomasa. Výsledky ukázaly pozitivní vliv ochranného zpracování půdy na vybrané parametry, zejména ve variantách, kde byla přidána organická hmota.
