The most widely distributed viruses were PPV in plums (74% of the investigated trees were infected); PPV, PDV, and PNRSV in myrobalans (26%, 11% and 18% respectively), PDV in blackthorns (27%), and PDV and PNRSV in cherries (25% and 22%). PPV was not detected in sweet and sour cherries.

Nejrozšířenějšími viry jsou virus šarky švestky ve stromech švestky (74% stromů bylo infikováno), virus šarky švestky, virus zakrslosti slivoně a virus nekrotické kroužkovitosti třešně v myrobalánu (26%, 11%, 158%), virus zakrslosti slivoně v trnce (27%), virus zakrsloti slivoně a virus nerotické kroužkovitosti třešně ve třešni a višni (25%, 22%). Virus šarky švestky nebyl zjištěn ve stromech třešně a višně.
