We have investigated the influence of various fertilizers on soil enzyme activities in long-term field experiment in Prague - Ruzyne. The enzyme activities studied were urease, arylsulphatase, dehydrogenase and invertase. Soil sample were taken from theplots with four variants of treatments, Nil - without fertilizer, NPK - mineralfertilizer, FYM - farmyard manure, FYM + NPK - farmyar manure with mineral fertilizer. Enzyme activities were generally higher in soils fertilized with farmyard manure + NPK as compared to variant with inorganic treatment.

Czech description
Byl zkoumán vliv různého hnojení na enzymatické aktivity u dlouhodobého pokusu v Ruzyni. Varianty pokusu: Bez hnojení, NPK minerální hnojení, hnůj, hnůj + NPK. Byly stanovovány aktivity ureasy, invertasy, dehydrogenasy a arylsulfatasy. Enzymatická aktivity byly nejvyšší u variant hnojených hnojem + NPK.
