The effects of organic and mineral fertilisers on the soil biodiversity was tested in selected variants of a long-term field experiment i Prague ? Ruzyně. Microbial biomass C, number of bacteria and basal respiration activity were evaluated as indicatorsof soil biodiversity. While there were significant differences among all variants in biomass C contents, there were practically no differences in bacteria counts. Basal respiration activity was enhanced by organic fertilisation but not by mineral fertilisation.

Možnosti posouzení biodiversity půdy ve dlouhodobých polních pokusech v Praze
Czech description
Ve dlouhodbém polním pokusu v Praze-Ruzyni byl testován vliv organického a minerálního hnojení na půdní biodiversitu. Jako indikátory biodiversity byly zvoleny biomasa mikroorganismů, počet bakterií na agarových deskách a respirační aktivita půdních vzorků. Statisticky významné rozdíly mezi jednotlivými zvolenými variantami organického a minerálního hnojení byly zjištěny u mikrobní biomasy; rozdíly v počtu bakterií nebyly statisticky významné. Basální respirační aktivita byla statisticky významně stimulovaná organickým hnojení, ale ne minerálním hnojením.
