The trials were established on a fluvisoil at the Jevicko site, The Czech Republic. Directly sown grassland was compared with permanent and temporary grassland. Direct seeding was performed in 1991 (a seeding machine SE-2-024) and repeated in 1996, 2000,2003 and 2006 (a seeding machine for strip-sowing - a prototype with the grass sward cultivated into 150 mm deep and wide strips with 450 mm between strips and with a sowing mechanism, Oyjord) and the same mixture and seed quantity were used (29 kg ha-1). Temporary grassland was sown only on the one occasion in 1991. The grass-legume seed mixture comprised: festulolium hybrid (Lolium multiflorum. x Festuca arundinacea) cv. Felina (12 kg ha-1), perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne) cv. Sport (8 kg ha-1),cocksfoot (Dactylis glomerata) cv. Niva (4 kg ha-1), red clover (Trifolium pratense) cv. Kvarta (3 kg ha-1), white clover (Trifolium repens), cv. Huia (2 kg ha-1).

Czech description

Pokusy byly založeny na fluvizemi glejové na stanovišti Jevíčko v ČR. Hodnotíme přísevy do TTP ve srovnání s trvalým a obnoveným travním porostem. Přísevy jsme provedli v roce 1991 secím strojem pro štěrbinové přísevy SE-2-024 a opakované přísevy v letech 1996, 2000, 2003 a 2006 byly provedeny secím strojem pro pásové přísevy (prototyp), který rotačně zpracovává pás travního porostu na šířku a hloubku 150 mm při rozteči pásů 450 mm; oba secí stroje jsou vybaveny výsevním ústrojím Oyjord. Výsevek jetelovinotravní směsi činil 29 kg na ha. Obnova trvalého travního porostu proběhla v roce 1991. Jetelovinotravní směska měla následující složení: festulolium hybrid (Lolium multiflorum. x Festuca arundinacea) cv. Felina (12 kg ha-1), jílek vytrvalý (Lolium perenne) cv. Sport (8 kg ha-1), srha říznačka (Dactylis glomerata ) cv. Niva (4 kg ha-1), jetel luční (Trifolium pratense) cv. Kvarta (3 kg ha-1), jetel bílý (Trifolium repens), cv. Huia (2 kg ha-1).
