    Relative concentrations of ApMV viral protein in different tissues of apple tree (leaves, flowers, dormant buds, and bark phloem) were determined at different terms during the vegetation period. The highest ApMV concentration was found in young leaves inApril before flowering. This is fundamental finding for the reliability of the virus detection in apple tree. This finding was used for testing 472 apple trees from selected orchards of the Czech Republic for the presence of ApMV by ELISA.
