Influence of temperature, precipitation, and cultivar characteristics on changes in the spectrum of pathogenic fungi in winter wheat
Original language description
In long-terms experiments (2009-2014) we found out the dependence of leaf´s pathogenic fungi on the year (temperature, precipitation) and variety characteristics in winter wheat. In the year 2009 prevailed the species Alternaria triticina and in following years prevailed Puccinia triticina, Septoria tritici and Drechslera tritioci-repentis. The results were statistical evaluated by cluster analysis.
