The database contains the results of simulations of the sequestration potential of arable lands in the Czech Republic using the EPIC-IIASA CZ simulation platform. The dataset contains outputs from modeling agricultural scenarios at the district level (LAU1). The data capture the influence of four model cropping systems and their variants on the monitored variable, which is the difference in average C contents in soil organic matter in the surface 30 cm layer of soil in the periods 2040-2060 (resp. 2080-2100) compared to the average for the period 2000-2020 (expressed in t C/ha). The calculation was performed using data from the regional circulation model CSC_REMO2009_MPI-ESM-LR, regionalized data were downloaded from the EuroCORDEX database. For a specific cropping system and its variants, the values express potential C sequestration in 40 or 80 years.
