    Ultrastructural localisation of caclium deposits in the mouse ovary

  • Original language description

    The mitochondria of oocytes from all types of follicles had the highest levels of calcium deposits of all oocyte compartments with exception of primary follicles, in which oocyte nuclei contained the same level of caclium deposits as the mitochondria. Calcium deposits in thje cytoplasm of oocytes from primary follicles were significantly lower than those in the cytoplasm of oocytes from secondary and antral follicles.

    Myší ovaria obsahují četná depozita vázaného vápníku. V ovocytech je nejvyšší množství vázáno na mitochondrie. Jen v rostoucích ovocytech je hladina depozit v mitochondriích a buněčném jádru vyrovnána. Rostoucí ovocyty mají také nejnižší úroveň depozit v cytoplasmě. Změny v distribuci vápníkových depozit během růstu ovocytu jsou zřejmě ve vztahu k zisku meiotické kompetence.
