Distribution of mitochondria in reconstructed mouse oocytes

  • Original language description

We have evaluated the distribution of mitochondria in reconstructed immature mouse oocytes when germinal vesicle karyoplasts, with labeled mitochondria, were fused to unlabeled cytoplasts. The penetration of mitochondria from karyoplasts into cytoplastscan be detected almost immediately after the beginning of fusion. In immature reconstructed oocytes, mitochondria are first located in the oocyte center but they are homogenously distributed within the whole cytoplasm before the completion of maturation.

Distribuce mitochondrií v rekonstruovaných myších oocytech

  • Czech description

Úroveň methylace DNA v lidských zygotách a embryích. Byla hodnocena úroveň methylace DNA v embryích lidí. V zygotách přibližně polovina embryí vykazovala nižší úroveň methylace v samčím prvojádru. V druhé polovině embryí byla úroveň značení stejná. Vysoká úroveň methylace byla pozorována až do stádia čtyř buněk, pak docházelo k poklesu intenzity. K remethylace docházelo u některých jader v morule, v blastocystě byl více methylován trofektoderm oproti ICM.
