The data set consisted of 230 028 registered Holstein cows. The model included the time-dependent effects interaction of parity and stage of lactation, interaction of herd - year -season, class of milk production within herd and year, breed within yearsand the time-independent effect of age at first calving and the random effect of sire. The highest risk of being culled (RV) was found for cows at the beginning and at the end of first lactation and at the end of any other lactation.

Czech description
Soubor hodnocený programem Survival Kit zahrnoval 230 tisíc krav H plemene. Analyzovány byly časově závislé efekty: interakce pořadí laktace a stádia laktace, náhodný efekt interakce stádo -rok- období, efekt třídy mléčné užitkovosti uvnitř stáda a rokuainterakce roku a podílu holštýnské krve a časově nezávislé efekty věk při prvním otelení a náhodný efekt otce. Nejvyšší riziko vyřazení (RV) mají prvotelky v první fázi a ke konci laktace. Na druhé a dalších laktacích je RV nejvyšší na konci. RV klesásrostoucím pořadím laktace.
