The aim of the study was the monitoring of true gliadin intake of patients suffering from celiac disease. The monitoring started in the year 2005 and finished in spring 2008. The selection of patients, including adults and children, was done in cooperation with the coeliac society. The final number of patients was 14 persons. The contribution concludes the most interesting results and final results of monitoring.
