In the contribution is presented method, measurement results and comparison of potato selected varieties resistance against mechanical loading. For testing of potato varieties samples was verified and utilized method developed in Agrartechnik (ATB) Bornim (Germany). The potato samples were exposed to the vertical vibrations with adjustable amplitude in device constructed at the Research Institute of Agricultural Engineering, p.r.i. (RIAEng) Prague for testing of tuber samples for mechanical loading. Thepotato samples cuttings pictures were scanned by web camera or scanner and colour changes on the cutting were evaluated by means of the computer program. In the paper are presented results of two different measurements. The significant differences werefound among four varieties regarding their resistance against equal mechanical load and one variety against different degree of mechanical load for both early and late potatoes.

Měření odolnosti hlíz brambor proti mechanickému zatížení

Czech description

V příspěvku je uvedena metoda, výsledky měření a porovnání odolnosti vybraných odrůd brambor vůči mechanickému zatížení. Pro testování odolnosti vzorků měřených odrůd brambor byl ověřován a využit způsob vyvinutý v Agrartechnik (ATB) Bornim (SRN). Vzorkybrambor byly vystavovány vertikálním vibracím při nastavitelné amplitudě na zařízení zkonstruovaném ve Výzkumném ústavu zemědělské techniky, v.v.i. (VÚZT), Praha pro testování vzorků hlíz na mechanické zatížení. Obrázky řezů vzorků brambor byly snímanéwebovou kamerou nebo skenerem a barevné změny na řezech vyhodnocovány pomocí počítačového programu. V práci jsou uvedeny výsledky dvou různých měření. Byly zjištěny významné odlišnosti u čtyř odrůd v jejich odolnosti vůči shodnému mechanickému zatížení ajedné odrůdy při různém stupni mechanického zatížení jak u raných, tak i pozdních konzumních brambor.
